Had an amazing Christmas stay! The hostel had a cozy atmosphere with a beautiful garden. The kitchen was well-equipped and the showers and toilets were clean. Loved the fact that there were lockers available for added security. Parking was convenient for those with a car.

The location was a bit far from the city center, but the bus system was easy to navigate and the beach was just a short 10-minute walk away. However, it would have been great if there were more shops and markets nearby for convenience.

The hostel offers a wide range of activities, including snorkeling and windsurfing, which kept our kids entertained throughout our stay. They had an absolute blast exploring the underwater world and trying their hand at windsurfing. Additionally, the children's playground was a great addition, ensuring that our little ones always had something fun to do. The atmosphere at the hostel was family-friendly, and we met other families who were also enjoying their time. The hostel's large garden and common area provided ample space for the kids to run around and play, while we parents could relax and socialize.

My wife says that having clearer instructions on how to reach the hostel would have been helpful for families with children. It would have been beneficial to include detailed directions in the confirmation email or on the website to avoid any confusion.

The double room with mountain view at Chillsteps Hostel was amazing! The bed was comfy with a nightstand nearby. The air conditioning was a relief after a long day of exploring. I loved waking up to the stunning view of the mountains.

I personally found the shared bathroom a bit inconvenient, but I understand others may not mind.
